Jaume Sabater

Jaume Sabater Martos is a Swiss citizen currently residing in Geneva, Switzerland. He is the Founder of Stoneweg Group and CEO of Stoneweg Asset Management SA. For more than 15 years, he has dedicated his career to Real Estate investment, both in the direct and indirect fields, as First Vice President with Edmond Rotschild (Suisse) S.a. Asset Management for more than 11 years.

As CEO of Stoneweg, he and his team have managed to invest more than 6 billion CHF since inception in 2015. The Group has since grown its real assets and alternative investment platform and capabilities both organically and through strategic acquisitions. It currently has approximately € 9.0 billion in assets under management.

Stoneweg is a trusted partner and investment manager on behalf of a wide range of global and local investors, capital allocators, and financial institutions. Through tailored solutions, including club deals, joint ventures, and co-investments, it has a strong investment track record across various strategies, both private and listed, and asset Classes.

The Group has an established network of local operating teams focused on identifying, developing, and managing real assets and other alternative investments globally. It currently employs over 350 professionals across 23 offices in 15 European countries, the US, and Singapore. The company successfully got one of its managed companies listed with the Swiss Stock exchanges, Varia US Properties, which is listed with SIX in Zürich (VARN).

Stoneweg Places &Experience Culture division is positioned at the crossroad of education, culture, and entertainment, creating a new asset class composed of experiential projects. The company currently manages cultural, educational, and leisure experiences either directly or through partnerships with first-class partners such as NSN – Never Say Never.

Cromwell–Stoneweg Integration (Oct 2024):
SWI Group completed a €280 million acquisition of Cromwell Property Group’s European platform, bringing €3.9 billion in assets, 160+ prime properties, and a 27.8% stake in Cromwell’s European REIT into SWI’s real estate pillar.

SWI Group Formation (Mar 2025):
Spearheaded the creation of SWI Group, a €11 billion investment platform uniting real assets, credit, and digital infrastructure across Europe and Asia.
