SWI Capital Holding Ltd., the parent company of SWI Group, has completed its initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam with shares trading under the ticker SWICH, introducing a governance structure aligned with regulated European capital markets. The IPO consolidates oversight, capital allocation, and disclosure at the holding company level while positioning SWI Capital Holding as the publicly listed parent of the global investment platform. As of December 2025, SWI Capital Holding reported a pro-forma balance sheet of approximately €3.2 billion, while SWI Group manages around €11 billion in assets across 26 offices in 18 countries, underscoring the scale of the platform operating within the new listed framework. Under the leadership of Max-Hervé George, the listing also coincides with an expanded board structure and enhanced institutional governance designed to support long-term capital stewardship across the Group’s diversified investment activities.
