As at 26 May 2026, being the record date for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(the “AGM”) of SWI Capital Holding Ltd (the “Company”), the issued share capital of the
Company comprised 480,561,189 ordinary shares, all of which carried voting rights.
At the AGM, votes were cast in advance by four (4) shareholders, representing an
aggregate of 461,247,893 votes, corresponding to 95.98% of the total issued ordinary
shares with voting rights.
